You just had a baby and nothing fits anymore. You’re recovering from giving birth to a beautiful human and you want to look beautiful too.
Don’t worry, you’re already beautiful, but here are 5 Pieces of Clothing that will make you feel even better!
1. Tummy Control Leggings
After having my son I purchased these leggings thinking “I’ll wear them around the house and maybe they’ll help me get my tummy back.” They certainly delivered on that…but holy mackerel…these puppies became a staple piece in my wardrobe. In fact, they still are a staple piece more than 6 months later. They are a slightly thicker material so they literally suck EVERYTHING in, but they are also so comfortable! I have worn them so much that I thought they would start to deteriorate in quality…not even a little! They run true to size and I wear them in Medium, which was my size pre-pregnancy. However, I’m 5’10” and have always had trouble finding pants that are long enough! Good news here too..they come in Regular, Long, AND Petite lengths, plus size, and a couple colors. I’m sorry, but these are an absolute no-brainer. Click here and get yourself a pair..or 5?! Commission Link <http://shopstyle.it/l/yIOo>
2. Swing Style Dresses
You can wear short sleeve swing dresses in the spring and summer or pair them with the tummy control leggings in the fall and winter. You could pair them with scarves, jackets, necklaces etc. for perfect outfits for any occasion. These dresses run true to size and you can browse the rest of Old Navy’s selection for a bunch of different options! 3. Long Sleeve Athletic Tops
These are really wonderful because you can wear them in any season and feel comfortable. If you throw one on in the morning you’re guaranteed to feel just as comfortable as if you were wearing a baggy sweatshirt, but you’ll look super cute! These also run true to size, but if you want a looser fit size up. Commission Link <http://shopstyle.it/l/Anby>
4. Bras that don’t HURT
If you’ve had a baby you know what I mean by the above statement…the girls hurt. Whether you are nursing or not, you don’t want to wear anything too tight because it just makes everything worse. These bras are what I’ve been wearing since I was 25 weeks pregnant and have continued to wear them because they’re just THAT comfortable! Follow the sizing chart on the website, it worked for me. I was a C-D cup and 32 band before pregnancy, during pregnancy I became a DD-DDD and a 36 band so the Large seems to fit perfect. You will not regret buying these and the girls will surly thank you! When the struggle is real between wanting to wear sweatpants for date night but also wanting to impress your significant other..jeggings are your answer. These beauties come in a variety of washes, and as an extra bonus (refer to #1 because of my height) they come in short, regular, and long. I am sold! They do run a little snug so I would recommend sizing up if you are in between. I put these on and felt just like what these are called..a ROCKSTAR! I think you’ll love them as much as I do!
